Role Overview
Provide technical support, training, governance, certification, and capability development to channel partners across the MEA region.
Serve as the primary technical focal point for certified channel partners while protecting company intellectual property.
Responsibilities
- Support repair, refurbishment, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and service execution activities.
- Coordinate technical escalations with engineering, product management, and service operations teams.
- Deliver training and support certification and recertification of partner technicians and engineers.
- Assess partner personnel competence and audit partner facilities and service centers.
- Verify compliance with approved standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.
- Support onboarding, authorization reviews, service technology implementation, and repair methodology improvements.
- Control technical documentation and maintain records of support, training, and certifications.
- Identify recurring issues, recommend corrective actions, and support Root Cause Analysis investigations.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in service operations, field service, repair operations, engineering, or reliability.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical seals, sealing systems, rotating equipment, and repair methodologies.
