Technical Business Analyst / IT Security

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge complex engineering concepts with operational requirements. You are a collaborative problem-solver who thrives in matrixed environments and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.

Operational & Technical Bridge: Proven ability to connect technical platform engineering with operational service delivery, specifically within product-oriented squad models across distributed, multi-timezone teams.

Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and statistical capabilities, with excellent written and verbal skills for technical documentation and user story writing.

Service Management Expertise: Experience in vendor transitions, service process mapping, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), complemented by a focus on risk management and compliance.

Continuous Improvement: A mindset geared toward automation, codification, and tooling optimization.

Collaboration & Influence: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse business stakeholders to influence solutions and navigate complex organizational structures.

Qualifications & Experience: At least 2 years of related experience in a similar environment, coupled with tertiary qualifications in Business, Science, Engineering and Cyber security experience
