What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative and technically minded Technical Business Analyst – eCommerce to help shape the future of our digital experiences.
In this role, you’ll work on customer-focused initiatives that support the growth of some of Australia’s most trusted health and wellness brands.
Reporting to the Digital Delivery Manager, you’ll be a key member of our eCommerce squad, connecting business and technology teams to deliver seamless, engaging digital experiences.
Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you’ll help solve complex business problems, shape solution design, and support the delivery of strategic digital initiatives across our web and mobile platforms.
This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and delivering meaningful outcomes in a dynamic digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
include:
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear, actionable and technically validated delivery requirements
- Elicit, analyse and document business, customer, operational, data, integration and non-functional requirements for eCommerce initiatives
