Technical Architecture & Quality Assurance Lead – Oversight Project

Provides independent technical oversight and quality assurance support for large-scale technology modernization and transformation initiatives. Leads assessments of technical architecture, solution design, software development, testing, data management, system performance, and operational readiness. Works with project stakeholders to identify risks, validate technical approaches, assess quality controls, and provide actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.

- Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, is on time, and within budget.

- Work closely with management and work groups to create and maintain work plan documents.

- Track the status and due dates of projects.

- Manage relationships with project staff responsible for projects.

- Produce regular weekly and monthly status reports that could include; work plan status, target dates, budget, resource capacity, and other reports as needed.

- Facilitate regular meetings and reviews.

- Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
