Role Overview
TMX is seeking a Solution Architect, Google Workspace & Gemini AI to lead enterprise architecture, security, governance, and operational enablement.
The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Platforms and combines architectural strategy with hands-on operational delivery.
The position is described as the subject matter expert for the enterprise Google ecosystem and Gemini adoption.
Job Location
- Hybrid role based in Toronto, Ontario, with 2–3 days in the office.
Architecture & Strategic Design
- Design and engineer the Google Workspace tenant, including organizational units, groups, and access controls.
- Evaluate Google Workspace and Gemini roadmaps and translate new features into enterprise adoption strategies.
- Design hybrid and cloud-native collaboration workflows.
- Oversee workflows across Okta, ServiceNow, and other identity-management solutions with Security and platform teams.
