Role Overview
As a Technical Apparel Developer at Velocio, you own the technical lifecycle of our product collection from Design handoff to pre-production approval. This is a highly autonomous role that requires equal parts technical rigor and collaborative approach. You bring curiosity and a deep understanding of the cyclist's experience to the development process, building innovative apparel that genuinely elevates performance on the bike. You will work closely with our manufacturing partners, athletes, and cross-functional teammates to push the boundaries of what technical cycling apparel can be, with sustainability and craftsmanship always in view.

Overview
As a Technical Apparel Developer at Velocio, you own the technical lifecycle of our product collection from Design handoff to pre-production approval. You bring curiosity and a deep understanding of the cyclist's experience to the development process, building innovative apparel that genuinely elevates performance on the bike. You will work closely with our manufacturing partners, athletes, and cross-functional teammates to push the boundaries of what technical cycling apparel can be, with sustainability and craftsmanship always in view.
Responsibilities
- The Velocio Product team is unique and dynamic. Everyone carries real ownership, works across the full breadth of the collection, and has direct influence on its direction. - Own development of product across the Velocio collection, from design handoff through pre-production approval.
- Collaborate with Design to translate athlete insights, trend research, and brand vision into innovative, performance-led apparel solutions that consider materials, construction, fit, and aesthetics as a unified whole.
