Job Summary

The Technical and Design Manager oversees the integration of technical aspects and design elements in projects.

The role ensures alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards while maintaining focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability.

The manager leads multidisciplinary teams, coordinates design processes, and provides technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of designers, engineers, and technical staff.
  • Oversee the integration of design concepts with technical requirements, standards, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement design strategies and methodologies to achieve project objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve complex design and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders on project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules for timely delivery within budget.
  • Review and approve drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.
  • Act as the primary contact for technical inquiries and design-related matters.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
