Role Overview
Work as a specialist in a process, workstream, or area within Mondelēz International Digital Services.
Support service operations while contributing to technology enablement, solution design, and project delivery in talent acquisition technology ecosystems.
Service Operations and Improvement
- Use process and service knowledge to meet service-level agreements and operational obligations.
- Co-own standard operating procedures and drive process standardization and simplification.
- Provide input for training materials and ensure procedures and data protection activities comply with policy and law.
- Analyze exceptions, recommend process improvements, and lead sustainable continuous improvement.
Technology Enablement
- Assess technology stack capabilities and utilization against strategic priorities for Workday, Phenom, Paradox, and HiredScore.
- Identify and demonstrate new capabilities.
- Support business case and ROI analysis.
- Manage AI and innovation assessments.
Project Delivery
- Lead technical workstreams and design solutions for complex deployments.
