Position overview
The position is for a Technical Analyst supporting AI-related technical and business initiatives.
The hiring type is subcontract and the location is Brampton, Ontario, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required qualifications
- At least four years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies is required.
- Understanding of AI and GenAI technologies, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI platform concepts is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are required.
Preferred tools and technologies
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Power BI, SQL, Azure DevOps, Git, and REST APIs is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support AI platform integrations, APIs, and cloud services.
- Assist with testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for AI initiatives.
