This is an excellent opportunity to join our Water Networks Team in a role that's pivotal to day-to-day operations. As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Water Networks team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective water services. Your day to day will include:
Liaising with Fire and Rescue services to ensure work orders are raised, processed, completed and invoiced within agreed service levels
Coordinating meetings including scheduling, preparing agendas, tracking actions and ensuring effective communication across the team
Maintaining health and safety records, supporting compliance activities and driving a culture of continuous improvement
Managing the team SharePoint site and maintaining accurate records in line with information governance requirements
Supporting the team with training coordination, onboarding and administrative activities that keep operations running smoothly
