Technical Administrator

We're looking for a Technical Administrator to support the team with accounting and administrative functions. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure smooth running of our office and supporting our finance and administrative processes.

As a Technical Administrator, you'll be working within the Southern Water project team, supporting them in delivering administrative and accounting functions.

Your day to day will include:

Ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly

Processing invoices, goods receipting and working closely with finance and procurement teams

Managing payroll information and labour allocation and

Producing weekly and monthly cost reports

Assisting with volunteering and social value events

This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if oyu hold:

Experience in a similar administrative role

Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Office applications
