About the Role
Berkeley Services UAE is seeking a Technical Admin to plan, route, coordinate, and close service requests, oversee material management, and provide administrative support. The role requires coordination with technicians, preparation of reports, and management of the Facilio system.

Responsibilities
- Plan, route, coordinate, and close service requests in a timely manner
- Oversee service request activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports including service request counts and meter readings
- Coordinate with technicians and supervisors for efficient service delivery
- Manage end to end store material management including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control
- Update and schedule service requests and communicate status updates to supervisor
- Prepare and maintain escalation/inspection reports and TA reports
- Support technical documentation and coordination, prepare and submit sales orders to client
- Manage Facilio system including data updates, coordination, and tracking
- Prepare staff timesheets and monthly operational reports, handle staff administrative requirements
- Provide general office administration, coordination, and clerical support
Requirements
- Experience in service coordination and office administration
- Familiarity with inventory management and reporting
- Proficiency in using management software like Facilio

- Pay: AED 2,500 AED 3,000 per month
