• Day Shift: Works from the Bengaluru office.
• Night Shift: Works from home (Work From Home).
• Shift assignment will be discussed and confirmed at the time of hiring.

Responsibilities

• The role involves helping manage and support Omnitaas clients, acting as the first point of contact for their questions and issues.
• Key duties include:
• Managing day-to-day communication with clients and responding to their queries
• Logging, tracking, and following up on client issues until they are resolved
• Coordinating with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to resolve client requests
• Keeping clients updated on the status of their open issues
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues in the support system
• Escalating urgent or complex issues to the right team on time
