- Ready to take your recruitment career international?
- Halian is expanding its European contract desk and is looking for experienced 360 Contract Recruiters to join our Dubai-based European team, focusing on the Luxembourg or Swiss markets while enjoying tax-free earnings and a premium lifestyle.
- You’ll own a fully-fledged 360 desk, driving business development, managing contractor pipelines, and delivering high-impact tech hires across Belgium.
- What you’ll do:
- Win new clients and grow existing accounts in Belgium
- Manage the full contract lifecycle (from intake to extensions)
- Build and maintain a strong network of tech contractors
- Deliver against revenue targets in a high-performance environment
- What we’re looking for:
- Proven contract recruitment experience in the Belgian market
- Strong BD mindset and ability to run a 360 desk
- Tech recruitment experience (any vertical)
- Fluent in French & English (Dutch is a plus)
