Tech Lead (Java Full Stack)

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security, including monitoring, logging, and proactive issue resolution.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.

Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and instructional designers to deliver solutions aligned to learning and business objectives.

Support operational teams by addressing defects, enhancements, and platform optimization requests.

Contribute technical input to roadmap planning and architectural decisions.

Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve learning platform scalability and efficiency.

Support experimentation with AI-driven capabilities, automation, and personalization within LearningConnector.

New LearningConnector features are delivered on time, with high quality and adoption.

Platform performance, reliability, and usability continuously improve.

Integrations enable seamless learner and business workflows.

Stakeholders view LearningConnector as a scalable, strategic platform supporting enablement and growth.
