Role Overview
Lead and deliver digital and technology transformation projects for a large financial institution programme in Abu Dhabi.
Projects may include web platforms, procurement systems, and enterprise applications.
The role requires delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement, and governance across business and technology domains.
End-to-End Project Delivery
- Lead and manage complex technology and digital projects from initiation to go-live.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
Governance and Stakeholders
- Prepare and present project updates to Steering Committees and senior stakeholders.
- Manage communications and expectations across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for project transparency and control.
