Team Manager

Americold is a global provider of temperature-controlled infrastructure. We are looking for two experienced Team Managers to join our Americold site in Spearwood, Western Australia. These roles are responsible for leading frontline warehouse teams, coordinating daily shift activity, driving safe and efficient operations, and ensuring our customers receive reliable, high-quality service across our temperature-controlled supply chain.

Shift details: We have two Team Manager opportunities available: one working Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm, and one working Monday to Thursday, 5:00am to 3:30pm.

Lead, coach and support a team of frontline team members to deliver safe, efficient and reliable warehouse operations.

Plan and coordinate daily shift activity, including labour allocation, workflow priorities, service levels and KPI performance.

Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Americold’s health, safety, quality and operational standards.

Work closely with other site leaders and support teams to resolve operational issues and maintain customer service outcomes.

Manage performance, attendance, training and development to build capability across the team.

You will be a hands-on people leader who can balance safety, service, productivity and team engagement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Previous experience leading or supervising teams in warehousing, distribution, cold storage, logistics or a similar operational environment.
