What you’ll Do
As part of the continued growth of our Prospect operation, we are seeking two motivated and people-focused Administration Clerks to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy distribution site, work closely with operational teams, and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading cold storage and logistics providers.
Reporting to the site leadership team, the Administration Clerk will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and prepare presentations using established templates.
Liaise with external suppliers to produce marketing and communication materials.
Maintain and organise site paperwork and electronic filing systems.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage truck arrival and departure timekeeping records.
Receive and respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Operate office equipment and business systems including Microsoft Office applications.
