Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for MEA in alignment with TeamViewer's overall sales objectives.
  • Identify key market segments, target accounts, and sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive strategic enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Hire, train, and mentor a high performing sales team capable of achieving revenue targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture, encouraging teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Drive a personal quota.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the technology or software industry.
  • Degree in business information technology, applied computer science, economics or a comparable education in the IT field with relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the MEA market.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high performing sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and complex deal negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience working in a global or cross cultural environment is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within MEA as required.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus.
