About the Role

- Hire, train, and mentor a high performing sales team capable of achieving revenue targets
- Foster collaborative and positive sales culture encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement
- Act as trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating product value proposition
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Drive a personal quota
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in enterprise sales, preferably in technology/software
- Degree in business information technology, applied computer science, economics, or comparable IT field
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in MEA market
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and complex deal negotiations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
- Willingness to travel extensively within MEA
- Fluency in Arabic and English

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Degree in business information technology, applied computer science, economics or a comparable education in the IT field with relevant experience.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the MEA market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, solution selling, and complex deal negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience working in a global or cross cultural environment is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel extensively within MEA as required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus.
