- Train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate consultants
- Drive team sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Monitor team KPIs, pipeline management, and conversion rates
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and sales meetings
- Support agents in client negotiations, property presentations, and closing transactions
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and industry best practices
- Foster a positive, professional, and high performance team culture
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Dubai real estate sales
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Senior Property Consultant preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team building abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
