- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Real Estate Consultants.
- Drive team sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Monitor lead management, follow ups, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews.
- Support consultants during negotiations and deal closures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate consultants.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
- Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Previous experience leading or managing a real estate sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market and developer projects.
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle required.
- Existing network within the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
