About the Role
VIP Brokerage is seeking an experienced Property Consultant to handle off-plan and secondary market sales and leasing in Abu Dhabi. The role involves generating leads, conducting viewings, and managing transactions from inquiry to closing.

Responsibilities
- Handle property sales and leasing transactions across Abu Dhabi
- Assist buyers, investors, landlords, and tenants with their real estate requirements
- Generate and convert leads into successful property deals
- Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and negotiations
- Provide professional property recommendations based on client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
- Manage the complete transaction process from inquiry to closing
- Stay updated on market trends, new projects, rental prices, and investment opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year UAE real estate sales or leasing experience
- Proven experience in property transactions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Excellent English communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Real Estate Broker License preferred or willingness to obtain one

Requirements
