Team Leader- Housekeeping

The Team Leader - Housekeeping is responsible for supervising and coordinating housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are maintained across all assigned areas.

The role involves leading a team of housekeeping attendants, monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, including supervisory experience.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety standards.

Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools is desirable.
