- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and care
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of Housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of Opera or hotel management systems is an advantage
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
