Role Overview

Requirements

• At least 1 year of UAE real estate experience is required.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Strong knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market is required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities are required.
• A target-oriented and self-motivated approach is required.
• Good knowledge of CRM and lead management systems is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is required.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.
• Monitor daily team activities, leads, and follow-ups.
• Support agents with clients, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Train and guide new and existing team members.
• Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Ensure proper use of CRM and lead management systems.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Provide regular performance updates to management.
