Role Overview
Virtus Homes Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead its growing sales team in Dubai.
The role focuses on team performance, lead management, client support, and achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Train and support new and existing sales agents.
- Ensure proper use of CRM and lead management systems.
- Distribute and monitor leads among team members.
- Assist agents with client meetings, property viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.
- Stay updated on Dubai and Sharjah real estate trends and new projects.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to management.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and attendance rules are followed.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of UAE real estate sales experience.
- Previous experience in a sales or team-leadership role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and lead management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- The position offers a fixed monthly salary and a competitive commission structure.
- The listed pay is from AED 1.00 per month.
