- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Dubai's secondary/resale property market
- RERA Registered
- Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate agents
- Existing network within the Dubai real estate market is an advantage

Job Overview
