Role Overview
TaskUs is seeking a Team Leader Remote Desktop Support Technician with at least three years of relevant experience supporting international clients.
The role manages a remote technical support team while helping ensure seamless operation of client IT systems and strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily planning, operations, schedules, service levels, and performance indicators for a remote technical support team.
- Coach and develop team members through huddles, coaching sessions, weakness recognition, and improvement solutions.
- Provide remote technical support through phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, operating systems, applications, and security patches.
- Configure VPN connections and support MFA solutions, including Yubikey.
- Escalate and resolve complex technical issues with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Document tickets, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures in Jira or similar systems.
- Train international end users on IT best practices and procedures and improve service delivery through technology awareness.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience as a team leader in remote desktop support, preferably with international clients.
