Role Overview
TaskUs is seeking a Team Leader to lead a department and provide strong customer experiences for clients.
The role involves team management, operational planning, coaching, and coordination with other departments.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive teammate performance and ensure team members meet their goals.
- Manage team members and act as a bridge between the team and other departments.
- Manage daily team planning and operations, including SLA, KPI, and schedule adherence.
- Conduct team huddles and coaching sessions, identify weaknesses, and support team development.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in phone, email, or live chat customer support is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, Zendesk, or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to work different shifts are sought.
