Shift/s available:
Audit/verify process control documents for completion and accuracy.
Enforce all organizational initiatives, to include safety and quality policies.
Coordinate training activities and audit effectiveness.
Troubleshoot process issues as a means of mitigating downtime.
Ensure production areas are safe, neat, clean, and well organized.
Coordinate changeover activities and audit for accuracy and accountability purposes.
Respect work hours, support production goals and timetables, which may require overtime.
Ensures the following:
Utilizing knowledge of ISO14001 & TS16949 ensures all associates follow procedures and work instructions
All production, scrap, and down time reports are completed properly and timely.
Product and/or component dimensions are checked via in-process inspection check sheets with use of various indicators and gauges as described in procedures or work instructions.

This position works in a warehouse/production environment. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
The performance of this position requires exposure to the manufacturing areas where certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment.
