Quality Engineer - New Model

The New Model Quality Assurance Engineer with Mass Production Support plays a critical role in ensuring that all new product introductions meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction and support customer changepoints and complaints. This position serves as a key liaison between the manufacturing site, cross‑functional internal teams, and customers throughout the development and launch of new manufacturing processes, changepoints, and customer complaints.

The engineer is responsible for verifying that all manufacturing policies, procedures, methods, and systems consistently produce products that meet regulatory, customer, and design requirements. This involves developing and reviewing documentation, conducting trials and experiments, performing audits and measurements, and presenting findings to both internal leadership and external customers. Duties may also include supporting changepoint control and leading/communication problem solving for customer complaints.
