- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Motivated, ambitious and passionate about developing others

Overview
- Halian is looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing Technology division in Dubai, supporting our expanding US market.
- This is a leadership role where you will manage and develop a small team of recruiters while remaining hands on with sourcing, delivery and driving recruitment success across the US technology market.
- Working hours: US market hours – 3pm–11pm or 4pm–12am (Dubai time).
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and support a team of US technology recruiters
- Drive team performance, activity levels and recruitment delivery
- Support recruiters with sourcing strategies, candidate engagement and market knowledge
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across the US technology market
