Team Lead-Research Analyst

Our employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Conceptual and practical understanding of the various performance metrics, such as different money-weighted and time-weighted return methodologies, risk analytics, benchmarking, and asset allocation.

Experience with investment platforms such as FactSet, Morningstar Direct or Bloomberg, along with visualization tools such as Power BI.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based colleagues and partners across business units.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and share large amounts of information with accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred: Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, computer science, or MCA, along with progress toward CFA, may also be considered.

Comfortable working through ambiguity and moving work forward with limited guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience analyzing mutual funds, ETFs, SMA portfolios, model portfolios, or managed account products within a wealth management or investment research setting.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Dataiku, or similar analytics tool with the required financial tools

Ability to work with large datasets, validate information, identify issues, and convert analysis into clear insights for investment, advisor-facing, or business partner reporting.

Experience supporting model portfolio programs, managed account platforms, automated reporting workflows, dashboards, or scalable reporting solutions.
