As a Team Lead, you will set the standard for excellence by exemplifying Kiokii’s sales and customer service values, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our visitors.
Including but not limited to…
• Assisting the store management team in overseeing and coordinating daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Providing clear direction, support, and training to store associates as needed
• Maintaining store conditions to ensure they consistently meet company standards and adhering to Health and Safety regulations
• Supporting staffing efforts to align with business needs and operations as requested
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues effectively and escalating matters to higher management when necessary
• Driving sales performance by meeting store targets and key performance metrics
• Support with store opening and setup
