The Team Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives and team members within a dynamic work environment. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, supporting business operations, and ensuring effective execution of meetings, travel, purchasing, onboarding and offboarding, communications, and team events.
The Team Assistant serves as a trusted administrative partner to the organization, requiring a high degree of organization, professionalism, discretion, and initiative. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with colleagues, leadership, and cross-functional partners.
This position will provide occasional onsite support at the Livonia, Troy, and Detroit LIFT locations based on business needs.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple executives and team members, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings, leadership visits, team meetings, and events at Livonia, Troy, and LIFT locations.
Manage meeting logistics, including conference room reservations, catering, materials, technology, agendas, and other meeting requirements.

Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, meeting materials, communications, and other business documents.
