We are seeking a Change Management & Process Improvement Leader. This role sits at the intersection of change leadership and process discipline, managing the human side of change, resistance, sequencing, and reinforcement, distinct from the mechanics of the tools themselves, while also identifying and sharing best practices across the organization. This position is based in the United States, with flexibility for remote or hybrid work.

You’ll make an impact by:

Drive field adoption of major seller-facing programs (E3, SEM, Sales Plays) across their full multi-phase lifecycle

Manage the human side of change, resistance, sequencing, and reinforcement

Apply structured process-improvement methodology to fix operational friction (account assignment workflows, quota calculation mechanics, forecast submission friction)

Systematically identify and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization

Partner with Operations & Insights on root-cause fixes for recurring process issues
