About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils and teaching staff to help create a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Work with individual pupils or small groups to support their learning, development and engagement.
- Assist in implementing behaviour strategies that support pupils’ social, emotional and behavioural needs.
- Help create and maintain a safe, structured and positive learning environment.
- Contribute to monitoring pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher and wider staff team.
Salary
- NJC scale 3 - 4
- Contract Type: Fixed term possibly leading to permanent
- Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Location
- Compton and Up Marden CE Primary School
- Interviews: Friday, 25th September
Key Requirements
- Experience of working with children or young people, ideally within a school or educational setting.
