Role Overview
Quality Control and processing of deliverables including, but not limited to, typing correspondence and assembling and shipping deliverables to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:
Adhere to the Firm’s policies and procedures, demonstrate their importance to others, and provide input to management on suggested modifications to Firm policies and procedures, as necessary.
Uphold the highest degree of professional integrity and strict client/firm confidentiality.
Understand and follow Tax Services’ Administration policy and procedures.
Adhere to Tax Services’ standard templates and fonts for all internal and external correspondence.
Work closely with all team members to identify and resolve issues encountered in all assigned projects through effective and timely communication.
Develop good working relationships and demonstrate effective communication with all team members.
Maintain appropriate professionalism in team interactions.
Ability to professionally and effectively handle communications with internal staff.
Adhere to Quality Control processes of all deliverables.
Process, assemble and deliver Tax Deliverables to the staff or client with the utmost accuracy.
Keep Supervisor informed of any or all absences or working remotely
Provide support in the absence of any Administrative Processor.
Administer assistance with special projects as assigned and demonstrate knowledge of the detail being performed.

Corporate Compliance Responsibilities
- Understands and adheres to the policies and procedures compliance standards as set forth by Weaver and Tidwell, LLP. Ensure that the staff are trained and evaluated on their knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Skills
Must have 1+ years administrative experience.
Punctuality and dependability are required
Detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and take direction.
Professional appearance and manner.
Beginner level computer skills and knowledge.
Work Environment Conditions
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and work with exposure to noise at a normal level for an office environment.
Ability to type on a keyboard and look at computer screen for 8 hours or more a day.
Ability to handle deadline pressure as it applies to the department engagements.
Seasonal overtime is required.
Ability to lift approximately up to 40 pounds on an infrequent basis.
Position requires tolerance for moderate to high stress.

Supervised by Tax Services Senior Processor/Supervisor/Manager
Confidentiality
Highest level of confidentiality required in all aspects, including all client and prospect information and all of the firm’s financial, personnel, and strategic information.
