- Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable taxes
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments in accordance with FTA regulations
- Conduct regular tax audits and prepare necessary documentation for FTA audits
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance tax efficiency
- Provide expert tax advice to senior management and other departments
- Liaise with the FTA and other regulatory bodies on tax related matters
- Prepare and review tax provisions, forecasts, and budgets
- Manage and mentor junior tax staff
- Advise on VAT registration and compliance by interpreting local UAE rules and regulations
Requirements
- More than 2 years of experience in an accounting firm handling clients for book keeping, VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Background in AUDIT and client handling
- Should be immediately available to start (without notice period)
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English
- Consulting experience: 1 year (Required)

Role Overview
- We are looking for Consultant Audit & TAX to join our client handling team at Choose UAE.
- This pivotal role serves as the primary contact for both our internal team's queries and our clients, offering expert advice and support in a range of financial disciplines.
- The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the tax compliance, planning, and reporting.
Key Pre requisites
- Have an active advisory role in the company having to deal with the initial client requirements and handling the sales cycle.
- More than 2 years of experience in an accounting firm handling clients for book keeping, VAT, and Corporate Tax
- Background in AUDIT and client handling
- Should be immediately available to start (without notice period)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments in accordance with FTA regulations.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.
- Conduct regular tax audits and prepare necessary documentation for FTA audits.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and enhance tax efficiency.
- Provide expert tax advice to senior management and other departments within the organization.
- Liaise with the FTA and other regulatory bodies on tax related matters.
- Prepare and review tax provisions, forecasts, and budgets.
- Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise on their impact on the business.
- Ensure robust internal controls are in place for all tax related processes.
