Role Overview

Corporate Tax & Vat Advisory

• Provide end-to-end **Corporate Tax and VAT advisory and compliance services** across multiple industries
• Assist clients in understanding and complying with **UAE Corporate Tax regulations**, Free Zone rules, and legislative updates
• Review financial statements, tax positions, and transactions to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
• Support tax planning initiatives, business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and cross-border transactions

Compliance & Technical Expertise

• Prepare and review **Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, tax computations**, and supporting documentation
• Assist clients in responding to **FTA queries, audits, assessments, and tax disputes**
• Stay updated on regulatory developments including **BEPS 2.0, Transfer Pricing, ESR, CbCR**, and international tax frameworks

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely service delivery
• Support senior team members in managing complex tax engagements, client presentations, and advisory reports

Business Development & Internal Support

• Assist in proposal preparation, RFP responses, tax memos, presentations, and technical notes
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams across service lines
• Conduct preliminary conflict checks and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines

Project Management

• Manage multiple assignments by maintaining work trackers, timelines, and responsibility matrices
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables with high documentation accuracy and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional qualification such as **ACA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT**, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Finance, or a related field**
• **Minimum 3+ years of experience** in a reputed accounting, audit, or consulting firm
• Prior experience with **multi-jurisdictional or international clients** is preferred

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of **UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, Transfer Pricing, ESR, BEPS 2.0, and CbCR** (preferred)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation
• Strong communication, business writing, and **advanced Excel** skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client engagements efficiently
• Sound understanding of **UAE regulatory frameworks**, Free Zones, and licensing structures
• Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
