The Task Force Operations Manager travels to various hotel locations, as assigned, to provide support for designated departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering.
Travels to assigned hotels to temporarily manage and oversee the assigned department.
Oversees the day-to-day operations of a designated department and leads the team to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
Ensures smooth operation of daily department activities, adhering to organizational standards and brand expectations.
Collaborates with hotel leadership to resolve operational challenges and provides recommendations for long-term improvements.
Maintains consistent communication with hotel leadership to report on departmental progress, concerns, and accomplishments.
Leads and manages department-specific projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Trains and motivates Team Members, ensuring high levels of team performance and morale.
Conducts department Team Member performance appraisals where applicable.
Participates in departmental expense and labor budgeting preparation.
Schedules Team Members within budget guidelines to ensure adequate staff levels to maintain service expectations.
Develops department attitude of attentiveness and anticipation of guest needs.
Ensures guest special requests are fulfilled promptly and Team Members take ownership of issues.

Ensures department Team Members accurately complete their daily/weekly tasks as assigned. Covers shifts in assigned department, as needed.

Hilton or Marriott brand experience.
This position does not require licenses or certifications.

Depth Perception: Ability to judge distances and spatial relationships (three-dimensional).
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a minor amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
