Task Force Manager

• Marriott hotel experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience , preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or Department Head.
• Strong knowledge of Marriott brand standards and hotel operations.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different hotel environments and operational needs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple hotel properties.
• Experience with Marriott systems such as FOSSE, MGS, GXP, MARSHA, or Opera PMS is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and labor management.

• Operational Audits

• Approximately 80% travel is required.
• Travel to multiple Marriott hotel locations as assigned.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.

• Annual Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 , based on experience.
