We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates who are eager to grow and gain hands-on experience in the Marketing field.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Fresh Graduated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- English proficiency is preferred
- Eligible for Tamheer Program
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and digital content.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and metrics.
- Prepare and present marketing reports to management, highlighting campaign performance and insights.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for growth and new business development.
