Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory based on demand forecasts and sales trends
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce excess or obsolete inventory
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in development and implementation of inventory management software and tools
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues

Job Purpose
- Manage and oversee the inventory management process, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels and timely replenishment of inventory to meet business needs.
- Submit, track and follow up VOR Orders with the suppliers and ensure proper routing upon arrival.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, stock transfers, and adjustments.
- Ensure timely replenishment of inventory based on demand forecasts and sales trends.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
- Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as inventory turnover, stock levels, and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management software and tools.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to inventory quality or availability.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
