Talent & Organizational Development Consultant for ETT

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or related field of study required. Or a combination of related education, training and related work experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in the preceding fields of study.
• Basic knowledge of position management, classification systems, recruitment processes, performance management, and succession planning
• Ability to accurately manage a tracking system including data entry, reporting, and position tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft products including Teams
• Working knowledge of workflow optimization.
• Proven ability to manage sensitive personnel data with discretion and integrity
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Human Resources, administration, and department teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of higher education
• Basic experience in talent management to include state hiring processes
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Public Administration or related field of study required. Or a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study with related work experience equivalent to a master’s degree.
