Our Program Analysts analyze, organize, plan and administer various phases of day-to-day activities for one or more programs using established procedures.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Reviewing, analyzing and preparing written reports on procurement policies that may affect on-going and future procurements.
• Providing technical and logistic support contractual inputs to contract modification, Statements of Work (SOWs) and specifications.
• Preparing inputs to Acquisition Plans, Source Selection Plans, COEA, IPA and other acquisition documentation as required by DOD 5000.2M.
• Developing boilerplate SOW and data specification formats and data (including equipment complexity, procurement type/NDI and acquisition category) for use by programs in their specific procurements needs.
• Conducting research and preparing reports on new procurement initiatives and methodologies such as CALS, EDI and Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASAP).
• Researching and establishing communications with on-line procurement services such as FEDWORLD, CACNET and SPAWAR contracting BBS and GSA procurement on-line services.
• Investigating and maintaining databases on commercial standards and specifications for logistics and communications products.
• Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the delivery formats for contractual data being provided to customers to support government EDI requirements; identify and develop information sources (i.e. CD-ROM) for acquisition data specifically related to commercial standards, commercial item descriptions and other relevant procurement data needed to support government requirements.
• Developing standard program planning schedules for program phases and milestones that define procurement activities as well as design and logistics activities required achieving milestones including Acquisition Plans, ILSP, MAPP and other planning documentation as required.
