Work Environment : Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)
Compensation : $25.35 Hourly Fixed Rate

Work Schedule : Between the hours 8am-5pm EST, with flexibility as needed to meet night training schedule once a quarter (4PM - 12AM).
Travel : Some travel is required, including intermittent overnight trips. Quarterly travel to the Willingboro and Marlboro locations may also be required, with these locations generally within an hour’s drive of the main location.

We are excited to announce that we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and engaging Talent Development Specialist to join our regional training team, dedicated to supporting our direct care staff who provide exceptional care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and passionate trainer, well-versed in the latest tools and resources to enhance employee training and performance. Our Talent Development Specialists/Trainers play a vital role in delivering high-quality services, and your expertise will make a meaningful impact!
Certifications: Must either currently hold or be able to obtain certifications in required training programs. These include, but are not limited to: Safety Care, CPR, CBRF First Aid (including choking), CBRF Fire Safety, CBRF Standard Precautions, CPI, MANDT, and any other state or Dungarvin-required programs .
Learning Management Systems: Experience using Relias or Workday Learning.
Population Experience: Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Large Group Facilitation: Comfort leading sessions with up to 50 participants.
