The Area Manager oversees multiple residential homes and staff teams within an assigned region, providing leadership, operational oversight, and program support to ensure high-quality, person-centered services and compliance with state, licensing, and Medicaid requirements.
This role focuses on team leadership, staff development, program operations, compliance oversight, and problem-solving.
The Area Manager partners with staff, leadership, individuals served, families, and community stakeholders to maintain smooth operations, support employee accountability, and ensure consistent, compliant care across all programs.
The Area Manager also plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability, addressing program concerns, and supporting individuals in making meaningful choices within community-based residential settings.
