Role Description

  • The Talent & Development Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs across BOUNCE Middle East.
  • This role leads talent development initiatives, including performance reviews, leadership programs, and succession planning frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver learning and development programs
  • Lead talent development initiatives including performance reviews, leadership programs, and succession planning
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create training content
  • Coordinate workshops and track effectiveness of development interventions
  • Facilitate training sessions and coach team members
  • Manage development calendars and maintain learning resources
  • Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure consistent development practices
  • Support communication around talent programs and career paths

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in Talent Development and Talent Management
  • Strong background in Training & Development
  • Knowledge of Succession Planning methods
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in HR, organizational development, or L&D within fast paced, customer focused environments
  • Ability to analyze talent data, measure training impact, and use insights to improve programs
  • Proficiency with learning management systems or digital training tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus
  • Comfort working on site in an energetic, activity based environment
