- Lead talent development initiatives including performance reviews, leadership programs, and succession planning
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create training content
- Coordinate workshops and track effectiveness of development interventions
- Facilitate training sessions and coach team members
- Manage development calendars and maintain learning resources
- Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure consistent development practices
- Support communication around talent programs and career paths
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Development and Talent Management
- Strong background in Training & Development
- Knowledge of Succession Planning methods
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in HR, organizational development, or L&D within fast paced environments
- Ability to analyze talent data and measure training impact
- Proficiency with learning management systems or digital training tools (advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Education, or related field

Role Description
- The Talent & Development Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs across BOUNCE Middle East.
- This role leads talent development initiatives, including performance reviews, leadership programs, and succession planning frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning and development programs
- Lead talent development initiatives including performance reviews, leadership programs, and succession planning
- Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and create training content
- Coordinate workshops and track effectiveness of development interventions
- Facilitate training sessions and coach team members
- Manage development calendars and maintain learning resources
- Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure consistent development practices
- Support communication around talent programs and career paths
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Talent Development and Talent Management
- Strong background in Training & Development
- Knowledge of Succession Planning methods
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in HR, organizational development, or L&D within fast paced, customer focused environments
- Ability to analyze talent data, measure training impact, and use insights to improve programs
- Proficiency with learning management systems or digital training tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus
- Comfort working on site in an energetic, activity based environment
