Position Purpose

  • At BOUNCE, we’re all about high energy, growth, and delivering a world class team experience, the P&C Assistant plays a pivotal role in keeping our People & Culture engine running smoothly.
  • This role exists to ensure precision, speed, and compliance in P&C, supporting the full employee lifecycle, driving accurate payroll inputs, organizing critical P&C processes, and helping the P&C team stay on top of what matters.

Key Responsibilities & Outputs

  • Live and breathe the BOUNCE vision, values and culture, leading by example.
  • Be part of the team who build connectivity and unity within the territory, inspiring the tribe to be the best version of themselves
  • Build venue to venue relationships that inspire the Tribe to deliver the BOUNCE Mission.
  • Monitor and reinforce culture through disciplined, timely follow up
  • Serve as the first point of contact for day to day employment law guidance and People & Culture compliance matters.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and ensure all employment practices remain compliant.
  • Support managers with disciplinary processes including investigations, verbal warnings, written warnings, performance improvement plans and terminations.
  • Prepare compliant employment documentation including contracts, amendments, disciplinary letters and termination notices.
  • Identify and escalate legal and compliance risks before they become issues.
  • Ensure all employee records and employment actions are fully documented and audit ready.
  • Support internal investigations while maintaining confidentiality, fairness and procedural compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across systems

Must Have Skills & Traits

  • Technology savvy and welcome the use of technologies, systems and processes.
  • Exceptional organisation, discipline and time management.
  • Proven experience with P&C systems and payroll coordination.
  • Clear communication and follow up abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, can do attitude with strong ownership.
  • Knowledge of KSA labour laws.

  • 100% accuracy in data entry and payroll inputs.
  • Smooth onboarding experience with zero documentation delays.
  • Proactive follow up on visa renewals and compliance requirements.
  • Clear and timely communication across the team.
  • A well organized system for employee records and correspondence.
