About the Role
BOUNCE Middle East is hiring a People & Culture Generalist in Riyadh to support the full employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, compliance with Saudi labor law, and government relations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records across systems
- Manage recruitment admin, offers, onboarding, probation, renewals, exits and EOSB
- Prepare employment letters and official documentation within SLAs
- Handle People & Culture queries with discretion
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor law
- Manage employee records and transactions across Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher and MHRSD platforms
- Monitor Saudization targets and support workforce nationalisation initiatives
- Coordinate work permits, Iqamas, transfers, profession changes and government registrations
- Prepare accurate monthly payroll inputs
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime and payroll validations

Position Purpose
- At BOUNCE, we’re all about high energy, growth, and delivering a world class team experience, the P&C Assistant plays a pivotal role in keeping our People & Culture engine running smoothly.
- This role exists to ensure precision, speed, and compliance in P&C, supporting the full employee lifecycle, driving accurate payroll inputs, organizing critical P&C processes, and helping the P&C team stay on top of what matters.
Key Responsibilities & Outputs

- Be part of the team who build connectivity and unity within the territory, inspiring the tribe to be the best version of themselves
- Build venue to venue relationships that inspire the Tribe to deliver the BOUNCE Mission.
- Monitor and reinforce culture through disciplined, timely follow up
- Serve as the first point of contact for day to day employment law guidance and People & Culture compliance matters.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and ensure all employment practices remain compliant.
- Support managers with disciplinary processes including investigations, verbal warnings, written warnings, performance improvement plans and terminations.
- Prepare compliant employment documentation including contracts, amendments, disciplinary letters and termination notices.
- Identify and escalate legal and compliance risks before they become issues.
- Ensure all employee records and employment actions are fully documented and audit ready.
- Support internal investigations while maintaining confidentiality, fairness and procedural compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records across systems
